Sandra Lee Neustadter, passed away on October 1, 2025, after a life filled with laughter, love, and the kind of stories that could keep you entertained for hours on end. Sandra wa born on September 12, 1945, in Viroqua, WI. to the parents of Vernon and Juanita (Strahl) Rowin.

Sandra's life was a tapestry woven with vibrant threads of joy and a knack for finding the funny in the everyday. After graduating from Central High School in Madison, Wisconsin, she later met and married William Neustadter in Dubuque, Iowa, on July 17, 1965, and settled down in Germantown township, where they became fixtures in the community.

A woman of boundless energy, Sandra was a snowmobiling enthusiast who could outmaneuver anyone on the trails. She was a proud member of the Winter Wanderers Snowmobile Club, where her infectious laughter was as much a part of the club's outings as the snow itself. Boating was another of Sandra's passions, and she was known to captain her vessel with the same skill and finesse as she lived her life-with gusto and a touch of mischief.

Sandra's love for playing cards was legendary, and she played her hand in life as skillfully as she did in a game of Euchre. Her dance moves were a sight to behold, and she could cut a rug with the best of them.

Her family was the heart of her world, and she leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love with her daughter Dawn (Duane) Stickney of New Lisbon, son Mark Neustadter of New Lisbon, and her cherished grandchildren Dustin (Krista), Tanya, Dakota (Ashley), Danielle (Bryce) LaLuzerne, Marah Steven. Her great-grandchild Nora Jane will grow up hearing tales of her great-grandmother's legendary wit. Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved parents and her husband, William.

Sandra's life was a masterclass in humor, and she taught us all that to love is to laugh. She was loving, interesting, and funny-a rare combination that made her the life of every party. As we bid farewell to Sandra, we do so with a smile, knowing that her spirit will continue to bring joy and laughter to all who were lucky enough to know her. Sandra Lee Neustadter, the world is a little less bright without you, but heaven just got a whole lot funnier.
