She leaves her husband of 48 years, Mark A. Osimo; her two sons, Ronald Bachand and his partner Kristine Holland of Southbridge and James Bachand of New York; and her three beloved grandsons, Zachary Bachand and his wife Savannah, Joseph Bachand and his wife Percia and their son, Sandra's great grandson, Rene Bachand and Maxwell Bachand and his partner Mya Harnois. She was predeceased by her brother, Jonathan Yannacci. Sandra was born in Rahway, NJ the daughter of the late Joseph and Edith (Lamoureux) Yannacci. She was a graduate of Southbridge High School.
Sandra had a long career as an executive secretary, working for several different companies and retired many years ago.
Sandra was an avid fan of soap operas and had her dedicated time that she watched them each day. She was also an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. She also loved to cook.
Sandra loved her cats, Rascal, Muggsy and Shadow. She had a great love for her grandsons and cherished spending time with them.
Sandra's funeral service and burial in North Cemetery, Sturbridge, will be private. There are no calling hours.
The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
