Sandra Lorita Roberson, 72, entered into rest on Monday, September 22, 2025.
Born on November 13, 1952, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Marvin and Eulalie Dorminey, Sandra spent her childhood years between Moultrie and Warner Robins. She later married, started her family, and went on to build a meaningful career. Sandra worked at Robins Air Force Base before joining the United States Postal Service, where she faithfully served as a postal clerk for 32 years, retiring in 2013.
A woman of steadfast faith, Sandra loved to worship and serve the Lord. She was a longtime member of Oakland Baptist Church and later of Joyful Life Baptist Church, where she especially enjoyed taking senior trips and fellowshipping with her church family. Strong-willed, determined, and deeply devoted in her walk with Christ, Sandra lived out her faith in both word and action.
In her free time, she cherished being with her loved ones and making lasting memories together. She had a passion for collecting and completing puzzles, amassing a collection of more than 300, and was also a loyal and enthusiastic Atlanta Braves fan.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her siblings, Charlotte Perdue and Ralph Dorminey.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her daughter, Tracy Belflower Miles (Wayne); grandchildren, Megan Norman (Jeffrey Lake) and Maranda Norman (David Sangster); great-grandchildren, Riley, Paisley, Camden, Luke, and Levi; and sister, Ann Marshall (Richard) along with many other loving family members and friends.
At the family’s request, all services will be private.
