Sandra “Sandy” D. Undine, 61, of Sioux City, IA passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at her residence.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2024, at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel (3220 Stone Park Blvd.) in Sioux City with burial following at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday.
Sandra “Sandy”, the daughter of Leroy and Dorothy Carlson, was born October 18, 1962, in Sioux City, IA. She grew up and attended school in Sioux City.
In 1979, Sandy married Bradley “Brad” G. Undine in Elk Point, SD and they were blessed with three children: Ryan, Amanda, and Jason. The family lived in Sioux City then moved to Smithland, IA for a few years before returning to Sioux City. Throughout the years, Sandy worked at Indian Hills Care Center and then worked in housekeeping for different motels. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and doing yardwork.
She is survived by her husband Brad of Sioux City; three children: Ryan (Rachel) Undine, Amanda Undine, and Jason (Christy) Undine all of Sioux City; ten grandchildren: Michael, Skylar, Rebecca, Hailey, Noah, Kelsie, Melody, Shalei, Staysha, and Syerra; one great grandchild Quintin; four siblings: Dannell Beavers of Sioux City, Roger (Judy) Meyers of Sioux Falls, SD, Deanna (Bill) Cook of Sioux City, and Cindy (Louie) Grote of Carroll, IA; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother-in-law Charlie Beavers.
