Sandra Kaye Spence, 80, of Goode, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born on May 25, 1945, to the late William Spence and Hallie Burks Spence. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Faye Ramsey, Gene Spence, Bobby Spence and Betty Waugh.
Sandra enjoyed going to vendor craft shows. She had a love for dogs and animals in general. Her favorite place to visit was the beach.
She is survived by her daughter, Laurie Weeks and husband, Brian; grandchildren, Amanda DeSilvey and husband, Gary, Kimberly Bhalla and husband, Brice and Spencer Gentry; great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Adeena, Grayden and Beckett and special friend, Bonnie Craig.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford.
