Sandra Lynn Trujillo died peacefully in her sleep on October 17th, 2025, in Spanish Fork, Utah, at the age of 79. She was born on August 12th, 1946, to Dale Harper and NaDean (Ford) Massaro in Provo, Utah.
Sandra Lynn Massaro met the love of her life and married on July 30, 1973. Wilfred became a father to Rachael from Sandra’s first marriage. They were sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple on November 22nd, 1980. Sandra and Wilfred welcomed five children: Micah, Nathan, Amber, Antiono (Tony), and Troy.
After graduating from high school in Clair Mont High, San Diego, Ca. Sandra attended Nursing school and received her degree. She began working as a LPN in UT, from 1972 to 2012. Sandra retired early due to an accident involving her left leg. Sandra is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Sandra grew up in California and enjoyed the beaches at Mission beach and Torrey Pines. She would go beach combing and Body Womping (body surfing), With her sisters Kristine, Mary, Anna and her brothers John Anthony and Matthew. The San Diego Zoo was a favorite place to go.
Sandra is survived by her children Kory, Rachael (Karl), Nathan, Amber (Jeff), Troy (Lorissa), eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Her brother, Mathew (Ginger) Massaro, along with her two sisters, Mary (Dennis) Morgan, and Anna (Gary) Peterson.
Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Wilfred, her sons, Micah and Tony Trujillo. Her mother NaDean Massaro and Brother/Sister-in-Law John Anthony (Beth Ann) Massaro
A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the LDS Church, 1661 S. 1400 E. Spanish Fork, Utah. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 24th, at Orem City Cemetery, located at 1520 N. 800 E., Orem, Utah.
A luncheon will be provided to the family and friends after the graveside services at the LDS Church, located at 1661 S. 1400 E, Spanish Fork, Utah.
The family would like to express their appreciation for the wonderful care provided to Sandra by the staff of Beehive Assisted Living and Symbii Hospice.
