On the morning of December 5, 2025, our much-loved Sandy Meyer completed her earthly journey. At the age of 61, she joined her Lord Jesus in Heaven. Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Arnold Allain, and her partner, John Hezeau. She is survived by her children, Tim Meyer (Joan Hebert), Sean Meyer, and Christina Hezeau (Eryn Brady); her mother, Virginia Allain; her brothers, Steve Allain (Angela Allain) and Michael Allain, and her fiancé, Dale Roddy. She remained a loyal friend to her first love and the father of her two sons, Larry Meyer. She was blessed to be carried in the hearts of so many that loved her so dearly.
Sandy’s greatest joy was her role as a mother. She was endlessly proud of her children, and loved sharing their accomplishments with everyone who would look and listen. She also dearly loved her fiancé, Dale, and was overjoyed to begin their journey of building a life together in God. She treasured time spent with the people she loved, and always found adventures to share with them. She was always right at home at concerts, festivals, bonfires, birthdays, and parades; anywhere she was surrounded by family and friends. Her glow could light up any room, and her warm presence was always welcomed wherever she went.
Those of us who have been blessed to have Sandy in our lives, were blessed to experience the love, grace, and joy she left in our hearts forever. She was often described as the sweetest person you could meet, with a heart big enough to lift the entire world. We are eternally grateful to have been gifted the time we had with her, and we will carry her spirit with us every single day.
