Damaris Cruz-Santos, age 58, longtime resident of Lowell, passed away peacefully at High Pointe House, Haverhill, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico on October 3, 1966, and was the daughter of Ismael Cruz and the late Olga G. Rivera.

Damaris is survived by her siblings Olga Cruz, Giovanna Cruz, Evelyn Rodriguez, Eliezer Cruz, Ismael Cruz Jr., Carlos Cruz, Edgardo Cruz, Hector Cruz, and Miguel Cruz; her nieces and nephews, Elijah, Eversyn, Aracelia Aviles, Celeste, D.J., Isaiah Cruz, Naesha, Isaiah, Kai, Melinda Underwood, Maya, Carlos, Anjelia, Dyanna, Adrian, Ariel, Heriberto, Aaliyah, Heriberto Jr., Jonathan, Adrian, John Luis, Stella, Sabian, Samuel, Aneisa, Joshua, Yolanda, Jayla, Gaby, Azariah, Kassandra, Ariela, Sady, Adan, Kayden, Emma, Connor, Caiden, Julian, Jessenia, Ashley, Kelsey, Milaysha, Genesis, Javier, Jayden, Alvia, Arriana, Alexa, Jazminn, Tristan, Tessa, Keandra, Xavier, Madison and Logan; and many other beloved family and friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 4 pm to 7 pm at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. Interment will be held privately.

My sincere condolences to the "Cruz" Family. Hope God grants you all the strength needed during this difficult time. We always said we were sisters because we are "Cruz" as well. Damaris had one of the best smiles anyone can have! My sister Mary and I will celebrate her life and the memories had! God bless you all !
