She is survived by her son, Jose Luis Gonzalez, her daughter, Ponciana Dority, her brother, Rodrigo Martinez, her sisters, Rosaelia Martinez, Juanita Valdez, and Lucilia Gonzalez, her grandchildren, Jessica Feus, Eric Gonzalez, Rodger Dority, and Kassi Gonzalez, her great grandchildren, Jack Feus, Ben Feus, Beau Baxter, Blake Baxter, and Noah Dority.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Emilio Martinez and Ponciana Alaniz, her loving husband, Jose Gonzalez, her sons, Esequiel Gonzalez and Humberto Gonzalez, her brothers, Emilio Martinez and Jose Martinez, and her sisters, Magdalena Garza, Teresa Alvarado, and Ernestina Garza.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a holy rosary at 6 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Interment will follow to her final place of rest at the Lyford Evergreen Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the caring hands of Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 1157 W. Hidalgo Ave., Raymondville, Texas 78580.
