Sara Leah Kendall

Sara Leah Kendall, 89, passed peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. She was born on January 29, 1936, in Havre DeGrace, Maryland. She married Don Kendall, the love of her life in 1955. They were happily married for 67 years. She is survived by her 4 children, Jesse Kendall, Karen Kendall, Mark Kendall, and Michael Kendall. 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.1 sister (Nancy Cullum) survives her, out of 5 siblings. Mother's purpose and joy in her life were her family and her church. She was a strong Christian and was active in all church activities until her final days. Her greatest joy in the last 40 years has been spending time playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was so excited to be able to see and hold her newest great-grandchild, Connor Kendall. She will be missed tremendously by all of her extended family and friends. Pallbearers: Jesse Kendall Michael Kendall Kevin Kendall Jesse Mittler. There will be a Memorial Service for Sara on November 15, 2025 at 11:00 am at Highland Baptist Church, 417 Palomas Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. Reception to follow the Funeral service in the Churches Fellowship Hall.
