She was born January 11, 1944 in Jackson, Mississippi, daughter of the late Lynnfield Redding and James Phillip "JP" Traweek. Sara was a graduate of Mississippi State University and a Methodist.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Miranda Lynnfield Grim; and grandson, Lucas Willem Grim.
Survivors include her beloved, Thomas "Gary" Mattingly; daughters, Mary "Lindsey" Beasley (Mike) and Mallory Lane Mattingly; grandchildren, Hunter James Grim, SarahJane Lynnfield Grim, Olivia Lyric Beasley, Liam Miles Greene and Evan Ray Mason; great granddaughter, Nova Haze Grim; and sister, Charlotte Anne Traweek.
Services are private.
