Sarah E. Buete

Sarah E. Buete, age 87, of Mt. Ephraim, NJ, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was born to the late Salvatore and Marie (nee DeChristy) Beebe in Camden, NJ. A devout Catholic, Sarah was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Church until its closing and then was a member of St. Joachim Parish. She always took care of others and was loved by many. Sarah was a great mother and grandmother. She was often referred to as "the sweetest lady," Sarah will be deeply missed.
Sarah is predeceased by her beloved husband, Leslie D. Buete; son, Steven Buete; and sister, Mary Eisenberg.
She is survived by her son, Les Buete; grandchildren, Bridget Buete, Les Buete (Savannah), Alysha Simpkins (Cody), and Christopher Buete (Christina); 9 great grandchildren; brother, Thomas Beebe (Barbara); and many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 8:45am-9:45am at Saint Joachim Parish Annunciation Church, located at 601 W. Browning Rd., Bellmawr, NJ 08031. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10am at the church. Interment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital by visiting stjude.org.
