Sarah A. Hoskins McGhee, age 66 of LaFollette, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. She loved her family very much. Sarah enjoyed watching TV, sitting with her dog, shopping, going to flea markets, and cooking. Preceded in death by daughter, Misty J. McGhee, great-grandchild Skyler Ruiz, parents, Martin and Josie (Thompson) Hoskins, brothers and sisters, Joyce Randolph, Marty Hoskins, Jeff Hoskins and Rosemary Bolinger.
She is survived by husband, Odell McGhee; son, Kenneth “KJ” McGhee (Gracie); grandchildren, David Murray and Kylie Ruiz (Carter); great-grandchildren, Braelynn Murray and Jason Ruiz; brothers and sisters, Sis Cubbison, Sue Compson, Diane Bailey, Doyle Hoskins, Clay Hoskins, Monroe Hoskins, and Erma Elliott. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Services will be held 3:00 P.M. at Greene Cemetery in Pineville, KY. Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Sarah A. Hoskins McGhee.
