Sarah May Jones

Sarah May Jones, 78, of Colorado Springs, CO, passed away on August 13, 2023. She was born on October 26, 1944, in Saint Maries, Idaho, to the late Virginia Maloney and James Mattison. Sarah is survived by her daughters, Debbra Jones and Katherine Brose; her grandchildren, Taygeta Jensen, Kaia Brose, Christopher Armstrong and Melissa Armstrong; her great-granddaughters, Kaianne, Elliette, Everlee, and Averiann; her sister, Karen Eaton; and her brothers, Gary Stamp, Bud Stamp, and Gordon Stamp. A memorial service will be held to honor Sarah's life at First United Methodist Church on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 1:00pm. Family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Sarah are invited to attend and pay their respects. Sarah will be greatly missed but always loved. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
