Sarah Pulsipher WEST RUTLAND - Sarah H. Pulsipher, 84 passed away on November 8, 2023, at Rutland Regional Medical Center. She was born August 17, 1939, daughter of Edgar and Kathryn (Callahan) Harrington. Sarah was a graduate of Rutland High School, class of 1957. She was employed by Kinney Pike Insurance Agency for 33 years as an insurance agent, retiring in 2001. She married John "Jack" Pulsipher of Proctor, on October 29, 1966. Sarah and her Husband spent several winters in Florida. Sarah was a member of St. Bridget's Church and worked on various committees. She was also a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the Loyal Order of Moose and the Women's Auxiliary of the West Rutland American Legion. She is survived by her husband John "Jack" Pulsipher and niece Carol Shostak She was predeceased by both her parents Edgar and Kathryn (Callahan) Harrington. There will be no calling hours. A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Bridget's Church on November 13, 2023, at 11:00 am, followed by a burial at St. Bridget's Cemetery. A reception will be held at West Rutland Legion after the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Clifford Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, Sarah would rather have donations sent to the Rutland County Humane Society.
