Sarah Beth Rutledge, 48, passed away from natural causes on Friday, September the 26, 2025, in her home in Lexington. Sarah was born in Louisville, KY on February 24, 1977, and is survived by her son, Chey Rutledge, her brother, John Campbell, father, Albert (Sonny) Rutledge, sisters, Krystal Rutledge & Rebekah Joyner as well as 3 beloved aunts. Sarah was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Judith Rutledge who passed away last year. Sarah has joined her in her eternal home, but her vivacious spirit and her beautiful singing voice will live on forever in our memories and hearts. She may no longer grace us with her presence, but her spirit will eternally be a blessing in our lives. Her memory left a lasting imprint on all who knew her. Anyone that knew her knew that She was the most fun person on earth and she loved to shoot pool and sing karaoke. We will be holding a celebration of life for Sarah on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the shelter # 5 in Jacobson Park in Lexington, KY. Please join us to celebrate her beautiful memory and thank you all for your support and prayers during this difficult time. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
