Sarah Ann Wright, 43, beloved daughter, sister, niece, cousin, sister-in-law and friend passed away unexpectedly and far too soon Sunday, February 4, 2024.
Sarah is survived by her loving family-parents, Paul and Mary Wright; and sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Dustin Clark. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents.
Sarah was born in Evansville, Indiana on October 23, 1980. She was a graduate of Mater Dei High School and Indiana University college. Following her desire to further her education, Sarah earned her Master's Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL.
Sarah had a kind and gentle soul and an outstanding artistic talent. She loved warm weather and sunshine, reading, her playful Siamese cats, cooking, talking on the phone with her old friends and spending time with her family. She was hardworking and well-liked because of her kind heart and fun-loving spirit. Sarah always greeted you with a heartwarming smile.
We thank God, our loving Father, for giving our family the last forty-three years of love and joy with Sarah. Our memories will be cherished forever.
A gathering will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 918 W. Mill Rd., Evansville. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the church with Father Jason Gries officiating. Ziemer Funeral Home North Chapel is handling her arrangements.
Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent DePaul at Holy Redeemer, 918 W. Mill Rd., Evansville, IN 47710.
