Scottie, I think of you every day of my life. I miss you so much. I see Violet nearly everyday and she looks and acts so much like you at that age. I hope you are able to see her and Juliette and Rosalynn from time to time. They are all so beautiful and full of life. They bring so much joy to everyone around them as you did. I love you son and I will see you again one day. Dad

Is the father of the sadly separated the same Scotty Wilson who attended Shadolswn JH in or about 1972-1973? If so, very sorry to hear of the loss of your son. Looking for you when remembering a Shadowlawn tennis match way back when.

Son, you will live in my heart forever. I will think of you every day for the rest of my life. Your girls will love you and never forget you, I promise. Please check in from time to time and let us know you are OK. I promise I will see you again one day. Our hearts are so heavy but rest easy in the fact that your girls will be taken cars of. Will, Mandi, Tony, Carolyn, Megan, Fran, Kathryn and I will all make sure of this. Rest in God's arms son and I will see you soon.

Jan and I just moved in next door. Instantly hit it off with Scott and Fran. At the time Scottie still lived there. He and I had a lot in common, both being at one time single dads with 2 daughters. I stopped by one evening to return a pool cleaner and Scottie helped me take it to the backyard. I was wearing a Star Wars shirt. Scottie lit up and said, "Let's see if you're a true Star Wars fan. What's the name of Chewbacca's home planet?" In true nerd form, I instantly said, "Kashyyyk." He was blown away! We went on to discuss more movies and laughed often. I only knew Scottie for a short time. Life was busy for both of us but I always enjoyed those small moments when we talked. Next time I watch Star Wars, you'll be there in spirit. His relationship with his daughters was incredible and something to emulate. There was always some mirth, positivity, and laughter when he talked with him. He was a bright light to them. Scottie, you will be missed greatly.
To Scott, Fran, Will, and your family, Jan, the girls, and I are always here for you. Lifting you all up in prayers.
