Scott was born on October 11, 1960, to Dale and Margaret Bailey in Chamberlain, South Dakota.
He is survived by his brother, David Bailey of Knoxville, Iowa, and sister, Jane Bailey of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Nancy Bailey; Patty Zaugg; Susan Smith; and brothers, John and Terry.

So very sorry to hear about Scotty. Clarence and Dorothy were very fond of each and every one of you. We all have great memories of your visits, especially when the car doors opened and all eight of you darted out.
The strength that you all have had through out your lives is a testament to your character(s) and a reflection of your wonderful, loving parents.
