Scott Bignell 52 of Maiden Rock WI. passed away on August 6th, 2025, at the Plum City Care center surrounded by family and friends.
Scott was born February 11th, 1973, in Wabasha, MN to Wallace and Mary (Weber) Bignell He attended and graduated from Pepin High School. From there Scott went to vocational technical school in Redwing, MN for body shop and mechanics. In Jan of 1996 he started his career at Meyers utility structures until his medical retirement of Jan 2025. Scotty met the love of his life Cassidy (Ryan) Bignell in 2018. They were Married Sept 7th, 2024. Scotty loved many things 1st and foremost his BFF Gary Bee, wife Cassidy, immediate family, hunting, fishing, and jammy day.
Scotty is survived by his wife Cassidy, 3 daughters, stepson Ian Post, brother Matt (Angie) Bignell, sister Theresa Lubich, nephews Reese (Tonya) Bignell, Lincoln (Kristina) Castle, Jacob Lubich, his best friend Gary (Amy) Bee. Many nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by parents Wallace and Mary Bignell, nephew Quinton Bignell.
Services will be Sat. Aug 23rd 10am at Oakland cemetery, Stockholm, Wisconsin. A Celebration of Life to follow Pepins Sportsman's Club noon to 5pm, W10076 Sandridge road Pepin WI 54759.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the ALS Association in Scott's name.
