Mr. Scott Charles Boswell, age 59 of Advance, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024. He was born on August 11, 1964 in Gary, Indiana to Robert Edward Boswell and Judith Camarata Boswell. He graduated from High Point University and served as Vice President and General Manager of Beeson Hardware in High Point.
He is preceded in death by his father Robert Boswell.
Surviving is his wife of 38 years, Sandra Boswell; two sons, Andrew Boswell (Sarah) of New York and Nick Boswell (Madi) of Winston-Salem; mother, Judy Boswell, sister Christy Gentry (Chris), mother-in- law Shirley Chamberlain, brother-in-law Darren Chamberlain (Donna), sister-in-law Lynne Chamberlain. Nephews, Jake Gentry, McKay Chamberlain, Latham Chamberlain, niece Gracen Davis and the light of his life, granddaughter, Anya Boswell.
Scott was an avid sports fan and had the pleasure of coaching his boys in sports when they were growing up. He took great pride in his family, always supporting them in any endeavor. He also took great pride in his job and accomplishments over the past forty years. He always looked forward to vacations and visits with his family. He loved the beach and fishing.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Hillsdale Church, 5018 US-158, in Advance, NC by Pastor Jerry Webb. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, consider donating to Hillsdale Church Misson and Outreach Fund online. Hillsdale Church - Give
