Scott was born on October 30th, 1965 in Massena to Glenn James and Joyce (Locey) Brothers. He was a self employed logger for many years. He attended school in Massena.
Scott is survived by his mother Joyce and her husband Roy Wolcott; four daughters Gabi, Spencer, Brittany, and Brianna, a son, Scott Jr. his grandchildren Layla, Lola, Lilly, Drake, Hart, and Iceland, a good friend Wayne Lacomb of Massena.
Scott enjoyed spending time with his family and working on computers and being outside working.
Memorial donations in Scott's memory may made to a charity of ones choice.
