Scott Michael Budge, age 64 and resident of Webster, WI, passed away on May 27th. Although
his family was sure he'd go out in a blaze of glory, he took his last breath peacefully at Maple
Ridge Care Center in Spooner, WI with his sister by his side.
Scott was born on May 16, 1960 in Spring Lake Park, MN to parents Michael and Janice Budge.
The first of six children, he graduated from Irondale High School and went on to lead a long
career in all things construction. He was a MacGyver through and through, and could build a
surprising amount of things from scrap wood and just a few tools.
In his free time, Scott enjoyed reading and watching the Packers play, but most of all he loved
spending time with his family. His nieces held a special place in his heart, and he loved baking
for them. For all his struggles, he had a big heart, and would help out anyone in need.
Scott is preceded in death by his father, Michael Patrick; brother, Michael James; and sister,
Katrina Grace.
He will be forever missed by his mother, Janice Budge; sisters Kari Budge, Mikelle (Tim) Budge,
and Jodi Budge; brother Mark (Tiffany) Budge; nieces and nephews, Erin, Emily, Kara, Kenna, Jordan, Jake,
Graycee, Delaney, Riley, and Quinn; along with many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Jackson Cemetery.
Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home. Online condolences can be
