Mr. Budge was born on March 7, 1950 in Los Angeles Ca, to the late Fred Budge and the late Adaline Deeon Budge. He worked as an Air Traffic Controller for many years. Mr. Budge served his country in the U.S. Navy and was a member of St. Peter The Rock Catholic Church. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his daughter Renee Budge.
Survivors include his wife Stephanie Paquin Budge of Thomaston Ga, daughter Nyssa (Keith) Kudilek of Stone Mountain Ga, sister Diane Crabtree of Ca, grandchildren Genevieve Kudilek, Penelope Kudilek.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
