Scott Alan Crooks, age 53, died at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born January 1, 1972 to Stephen and Judith (Schultz) Crooks. He Graduated from Memorial High School and North T&I program. He was a Union Glazier. He completed a 4 year apprenticeship.

Scott had many interests and became ill, his love for animals continued throughout his lifetime, especially his love for his dog, Susie.

He is survived by his parents, Judy and Steve Crooks; his sister, Stacy Pillow (Matt); his brothers, Sean Crooks (Misty); Nephew Landon; Nieces Addilyn and Lydia Crooks; Uncles Keith Crooks, William Schultz (Roxanne); Aunts Carolyn Wagner (Decoart) Judy Hartig (Lowell) and Gayle Schuttz.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents Adolph and Mary Lou Schultz; and Isham and Dorothy Crooks. He was also preceded in death by his Nephew Austin Lee Kunze; Uncles Ronald Crooks and David Schultz.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 18th, 2025, 10 am until service time at Sunset Funeral Home, Cremation Center and Cemetery.

Service will be at 12 followed by graveside service.
