Scott Edward Cuervo

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Scott Edward Cuervo, who departed this life at the age of 58 on September 17, 2025. A resident of Keswick, Virginia, Scott was born on November 26, 1966, to Art and Catherine Cuervo.

Scott is remembered warmly by his beloved parents, Art and Catherine, his children Ella (Eli) and Lewis Cuervo, as well as his brother Richard (Kim) Cuervo. He also leaves behind his cherished nieces and nephews, Hunter, Lauren, and Josh Cuervo. He is preceded in death by his brother Michael Cuervo.

An accomplished artist, Scott’s passion for painting, drawing, and sculpting brought beauty to the world around him. He also found joy in writing and playing music, celebrating creativity in all its forms. A deep fascination with astronomy and science further enriched his life, reflecting his curious and inquisitive spirit. Most importantly, Scott treasured his time with family, creating memories that will be long remembered.

A memorial gathering to honor Scott's life and legacy will be held Sunday, October 19th between the hours of 1:00-3:00pm at Norman Funeral Home, 2982 River Road West, Goochland, Virginia. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
