Scott Hennessey Obituary
Scott was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 28, 1973. Scott was a 1991 graduate of Carroll High School.
It was in high school that Scott realized his gift for working with his hands. Scott was a meticulous and hard worker. In recent years, Scott grew a successful handyman business in Myrtle Beach, SC.
In 2017, Scott and his childhood sweetheart, Bonnie McNabb Snow, and rekindled their relationship after seeing each other at the St. Helen festival. They were married on the beach in 2021 in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Together, they parented Bonnie's children, Elizabeth Snow, Rheann Rosefeld, Montana McNabb (Christine), and Mareena McNabb, and welcomed a granddaughter, Dolores McNabb, to their family. Scott felt so blessed and loved this family.
Scott enjoyed attending church services, baseball, visiting with friends and helping develope and encourage Elizabeth's love of gymnastics. He loved taking care of their home and this family, and extending help to anyone at all times.
Scott is proceeded in death by his parents Kenny and Judy. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, sisters Tami Hennessey and Cindy Hennessey Porter (Richard), his children and granddaughter, and several other relatives and friends.
Scott will forever be remembered as the life of the party, a friend who was always willing to lend a hand and a man who wanted nothing more than to be the best husband and father.
"Perhaps my time here seemed all too brief, don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me, God wanted me now, God set me free." Celebrations of life will be held on the beach in Myrtle Beach, SC in the near future and in Riverside, Ohio, Sunday evening, June 8th, at St. Helen Festival (in the grassy area). Come celebrate and honor this amazing man.

I remember the day I met Scott. My family was moving into the house next door. There was what seemed liked a HUGE(we were 5 years old) white rock at the edge of his yard and at the end of our new driveway. He called me over to play with his Match Box cars and Weeble Wobbles. We played together for what seemed like hours that night.That day I met my best friend for the next 7 years. Even though our teenage years moved us in different directions; time faded when we saw one another. His smile was as bright and as kind as usual. My deepest condolences to your family. You will be missed by many, friend.
