Scott Normand Lachance, 56, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2023 at his home in Lewiston, ME. He was born Feb 25, 1966. He is survived by his girlfriend Denise Williams, her two sons Justin and Ryan Williams, his Mother Cecile (Vicky) Maurais, Stepfather Bob, Brother Rob Lachance, special Niece Braelee, Daughter Allison Bohn, her spouse Josiah and their 4 children Haddie, Aedan, Tauriel and Durin, and his long time friends Tannette Fitzpatrick, Richard Duval, Donald Hebert and Ray Bergeron. He was predeceased by his brother Rick Farr.
He loved his cats. Emerald and Bella were his favorites. This picture is with Bella who passed away February 2020. His cats Marzee, Simba and Nala are missing him tremendously.
His hobbies included cooking and uniquely detailing his vehicles. He was an avid movie buff and could recite multiple movies word for word. He had fond memories of fishing and boating with his mom, daughter and friend Ray.
He served our country in the Army in the 1980's. We want to thank the hospice house for the military pinning ceremony just before he passed. The hospice nurses and staff were the most kind and caring people during his time of need.
He is already missed but we know he is now "home" as he called his beliefs of what the end of life was.
No funeral will be held but a celebration of life will be scheduled at a future date.
