Scott W. Lammi

Ashby – Scott W. Lammi, 64, of Ashby, passed away suddenly on July 29, 2025 in his home. Scott was born in Gardner on April 25, 1961, a son of the late John A. and Barbara E. (Holmes) Lammi. He graduated from Monty Tech in 1980 and was working for Willard Brook, before beginning his career at CPF Manufacturing in Ayer. He worked in the field of plastic manufacturing for beverages before becoming a Machine Maintenance Mechanic in the beverage industry. In his spare time, Scott loved fishing, doing yardwork, watching the Bruins, and could often be found in his workshop. He loved to tinker around and he could repair almost everything; Scott also enjoyed inventing things to use in his daily life. Along with his wife, Scott vacationed on several cruises. He enjoyed the time he spent with his family and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mary L. (Loughlin) Lammi of Ashby; sister, Susan Lammi of Seminole, FL; brothers, Michael Lammi and wife Susan of Ashby and Clifford Lammi and wife Deborah of Ashby. Scott is also survived by a stepbrother David Joseph and wife Joyce; and stepsisters Debbie and Donna Joseph all of Ashby; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Scott was predeceased by his brother Bruce Lammi and his wife Deborah, of Fitchburg. Burial will be held privately in West Cemetery in Ashby. The Anderson Funeral Home, 250 Main St., Townsend is assisting the family.
