Scott William Linzey, age 59, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. He was born on August 13, 1965, the son of William Linzey and Sharlene Maike, in Owosso. Scott was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Following his service, Scott owned and operated multiple construction businesses throughout his life. In 1999, Scott married Kathy Kittle and together, they had two sons Jerad and Austin. Scott enjoyed hunting and cooking. He loved shooting with his boys. Most of all, Scott loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother: Sharlene Towns; children: Jerad (Alyssa) Linzey and Austin Linzey; siblings: Kim Boyd, Chad Linzey, and Lanette Emmons; grandson: Luke-who was everything to Scott; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025 from 4:00-8:00 P.M, at The Carriage House, 1908 Pearl St, Chesaning, MI, 48616. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
