Scott Marchant Obituary
Scott was born at Lockbourne Air Force Base on Ohio on March 4, 1963 to Roger and Sheila Marchant. He lived in New Hampshire until a move to Dutchess County in 1979 for the of his life. He attended Arlington Schools and became a carpenter and painter. He worked at St, Francis Hospital for a few years and then worked at Vassar Hospital until he started his own carpentry business and worked until he became disabled.
Scott is survived by his mother, Sheila Marchant, his three great kids, Stephanie, Christopher, and Arlene (Rhihanon) Marchant; and grandson Astton Marchant. He is survived by his life partner AnnMarie Schleicher, as well as his siblings Sean Marchant, Kelly Sprague, Roger (Roddy) Marchant, Jeremy Marchant, Bridget Hurd and Brandon Marchant. Scott was predeceased by his father Roger in 2019.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 3pm till 7pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, New York.
The burial for Scott will be private.

I met you at the Arlington Grill and what laughs we had and I will always remember your smiling face and good times we shared.
