Scott Lee Protiva

Scott Lee Protiva, age 38, passed away due to kidney failure complications on June 29, 2025. He leaves behind his wife Kaylene Protiva and there 3 beautiful children Keyanna 15, Skyler 6, and Kylee 3. His parents Steve and Love Protiva, sister Ashley (Jeff) Protiva, brother Anthony Protiva and sister Lily Protiva, his in-laws Beverly and Mike. He also leaves behind many uncle's, aunts and cousins and friends. Scotty was in kidney failure most of his life, received a transplant in 2012 and it lasted until 2024 at which time he went back into kidney failure and back on dialysis. Despite his many health issues he graduated from high school, some trade school in carpentry, wrote and performed his own rap music for several years. Married and had children. He was a chef for many years. He will be dearly missed by everyone that knew him. A Memorial for Scott will be Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Sharks club 6665 Highland Rd. Waterford, MI. 48327 from 12-6 PM, dinner at 1pm
