Scott Serfass Obituary
Scott A. Serfass, 69, passed into eternal rest on Jan. 24, 2026. He was the son of the late Richard Serfass and Betty Rehrig.
Scott was a long time employee of All-Trade Construction and eventually retired from Befesa Zinc, both in Palmerton.
He lived a simple life. He enjoyed his hobbies of motorcycles, woodworking, along with building and collecting firearms over the years.
Scott was never seen without his beloved rescue dog, Snoop, in tow. Most of all, he loved the title of "Pop Pop" to his grandchildren, who he cherished.
He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are three sons, Shane Serfass, and wife, Nicole, and Nathan Serfass, and wife, Tabitha, both of Palmerton, and Chad Serfass, and partner, Dana Gellock, of Kunkletown; seven grandchildren, Gaige, Cecilia, Madison, Jaggar, Mason, Macie and Alex; a brother, Gregg Serfass, and wife, Melissa, of Bowmanstown; and a sister Cheryl, wife of Tom Mulqueen of Downingtown.
Memorials: Contributions in Scott's memory can be made to Carbon Co. Animal Shelter, 63 Broad St., Nesquehoning, PA, 18240. The T.K. Thomas Funeral Home, Palmerton, is in charge of the arrangements.

Scott bartended at Rod´s Cantina 40plus years ago. It was his idea to usher in a Country/Western theme Wednesday. I remember him attired as a cattleman. He owned his idea. RIP cowboy.
