SCOTT H. WATKINS

Scott H. Watkins, beloved son, brother and friend has passed away on November 11, 2025. Born on April 21, 1981, Scott was a true 80's kid. He grew up with all the wild stories and tales one would have, living life to the fullest on the edge of risk. Bike riding, building forts, playing tricks and pillow fights were his specialty.

Family was precious to Scott. His unwavering love for his siblings was paramount. When all together, their bond was unbreakable and their comradery infectious. There was never an occasion when Scott did not arrive dressed in his best. His taste and true manor of class was his signature. It was special when Scott was around. His love for those he cherished was true and honest and simply rewarding. It was best felt in his huge hugs. Scott had many places he called home and many friends he considered family. Those who knew Scott could tangibly feel his fierce love and even now hear his endearing laugh. Scott adored his sister Ivy as the big sister of the family and loved his younger brothers and sisters perfectly as an older brother does.

Talent and intrigue were no stranger to Scott. He could fix anything, build anything, take apart and rebuild anything and in true Scott fashion, dangle from a high ladder with cat like instinct while completing the job at hand with perfect craftsmanship. His precise attention to detail showed in his skilled carpentry work. There was never a detail he missed. Scott's wealth of knowledge and love for reading made him a true scholar. He was well versed on any topic that made talking with him always enriching.

Although the road Scott traveled was not always easy, he kept his eyes ahead and his mind set to the next adventure he was dreaming up. Through all his trials there was little complaint because he had confidence in who he was. Scott was limitless. He lived life untamed with no boundaries. His zeal for life could be seen in his smile and in the excitement in his eyes.

Scott's untimely passing will leave many hearts broken and an immeasurable time for healing. He lived life so big his memory will never fade. His stories will live on and become legendary as his tale was not finished, and he always left an inkling of curiosity. Solitude will be found in keeping his grandeur style of living close to the heart and a forever memory in our mind.

Scott's most precious fulfillment in life was his stepdaughter, Ava. He loved her and took extreme pride in being a part of her life even to the very last day. He is survived by his father John H. Watkins, his parents, Tony and Leonora Alongi, his siblings, Ivy Kenney, Bethany Dennin, Nathanael Alongi, Anthony Alongi, Dove Borrusso, his brothers-in-law, Greg Kenney, Matthew Dennin, and the late Vinny Borrusso. His sisters-in-law, Salome Alongi and Angel Alongi, and his nieces and nephews, Ally, Audrey, Matthew, Sophia, Lukas, Josephine, Benaiah, Ana, Ella, Rory, Levi, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Cullen Funeral Home, Inc. 612 West Foxwood Drive, Raymore Missouri 64083. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Scott then will be laid to rest at Raymore Cemetery in Raymore, Missouri.
