Scotty Lowe Obituary

Scotty was born on February 13, 1957, in Richlands, VA to the late Scott Field Lowe and Florence Lockhart Lowe. He was a general laborer and lifelong resident of the area. He was of the Holiness faith and attended City on A Hill. Scotty was known for his giving personality. He was always ready to help those in need. He will be missed by all that knew him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Lowe; sister Brenda Young; and brother, Leonard Lowe.
Scotty will be remembered by his:

Daughter, Christina Lowe of KY
Grandchildren:
Hannah Lee McCoy of Elkhorn City, KY
Jonathan Henry Stiltner, Jr. of Elkhorn City, KY
Great-Grandchildren:
Colton Niklaus Riley of Elkhorn City, KY
Zameria Arya McCoy of Elkhorn City, KY
Special Friend, Salina Jackson

Juanita Riley of SC
Brother, Jerry Lowe and wife, Joni of Richlands, VA
A host of family and friends also survive.
A memorial service for Scotty Randall Lowe will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, VA, with Pastor Barry Absher officiating.
