Sean Francis Casey

Sean Francis Casey passed peaceful at Salem, Or Hospital cardiovascular care unit at the age of 61.
Sean is survived by wife Christina Casey siblings Brian wife (Carmen), Paul, Micheal Punkovey, and sister, Shelia Waldrip husband (Ken). Sean also has many Nieces and Nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Sean was the son of Dawn and John Casey. He was born on January 7th, of 1963 in Rochester, New York. He was part of Teen Challenge International Ministry Institute in Tangent St, Lebanon, OR.
Sean was a huge part of the Lebanon Community from managing the Lebanon Soup Kitchen, to Real Bowls/ Real People to managing Bigfoot restaurant. Sean raised money for RBRP/ The Soup Kitchen by putting together fundraisers to a simple car wash to Dutch Bros raising money for RBRP/ The Lebanon Soup. He never stopped because that was a calling on his life and he fulfilled it.
Many local businesses also supported Sean's efforts to better the community he cared deeply about. Wal-Mart, Safeway, The Animal Clinic, McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Dutch Bros all supported my husband's vision for Lebanon.
This man had a mission to fulfill and God was his strength and it should be. His heart was full of compassion and did whatever he could to help others.
He came from a broken past but through Teen Challenge Ministry Institute he turned his life over to God because he desired a new way of life.
I met my husband Sean Casey at the Lebanon on 2/17/14 a day that God already had planned out for the both of us. We dated and our connection was immediate and we married on October 18, 2014.
My husband stood strong and held on to his faith in Jesus Christ. God called him to start a ministry called Real Bowls/Real People. He would go to River Park every Sunday @1:30pm to feed and ministry to the homeless. Sean made a huge pot of soup and headed to River Park to feed the homeless. Real Bowls/ Real People has not missed one Sunday and someone was always there to meet everyone who became family/friends in our community. Sean said that he doesn't use plastic plates or bowls because those items are disposable but the homeless were not disposable.
Sean always gave glory to God because he is the one who is making al things work together. Sean was obedient to walk his faith out by taking that pot of soup to the park.
He is a faithful, loving, a pastor to spoke God's truth. My husband was an encourager to myself and many others he knew and didn't know. My husband saved my life in many ways but showing me love that only God can give. He is an excellent provider and such a wonderful human being.
Sean was very self-less always putting others first. My husband celebrates is new life in Heaven rejoicing and worshipping before Our LORD. This saying comes from my husband's RBRP Facebook page:
God is good!! It is hard to believe that "5 years ago God told me to go to River Park and love anyone wo came to eat. He did not tell me to speak of how much I "approve" the Gospel but to "Prove the Gospel." Thank you to all the people who have stood beside RBRP you truly do "prove" that Jesus is LORD.
