Robin Ellen Abbey Casey, born on February 18, 1950, in Haverhill, New Hampshire, to the late Donald and Evelyn Fuller Abbey, passed away on August 6, 2025, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother whose kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
Robin is having the time of her life reunited with her beloved husband, Bob Casey, who left this world just seven months prior in January 2025. Their enduring love serves as a testament to their bond that transcends even the boundaries of life and death.
Robin is survived by her cherished sons: Joshua Robinson and his wife Jennifer, Timothy Robinson, and Brendan Casey and his wife Deanna. She is also fondly remembered by her sisters, Kathy Hocter, Teresa Cody, and Donna Queudo, along with her beloved grandchildren: Seth, Nevan, Jada, Quinn, and James. Robin also leaves behind her furry companion, Kitty.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents and husband, were her brother, Roger Abbey, and her sister, Donita Abbey. Robin's legacy will forever be marked by the love she fostered within her family and among her friends, serving as a guiding light for all who had the privilege to know her.
