Sean Cresham Obituary
Sean was loving and deeply caring, always checking in on family and friends to make sure everyone was doing okay. He had a gift for making people laugh and feel valued, and his presence filled any room he entered. Sean loved good food, hot weather, being on the water, boating and talking with his nephew about swim team advice whenever he could.
A passionate sports fan, Sean especially loved Notre Dame football and his Chicago teams, cheering them on with enthusiasm and loyalty. Above all, he cherished his family and the connections he shared with those he loved.
Sean is survived by his father, John Cresham, his two brothers Kevin (Kerry) Cresham and Chris (Rhianna) Cresham and by his nephew Anthony. Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the memories and joy Sean brought into our lives.
Sean's love, laughter, and larger-than-life spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2026 at Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. (Rt. 176, one block west of Milwaukee Ave.) in Libertyville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated to his nephews Mundelein Mustangs Swim Club, Mundelein Mustang Swim Club - TU Money.
