Seneca Tamzin La Sienna Rose Johnson

Went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at the age of 8. Born July 27, 2017 to Joseph and Kristina (Alward) Johnson in Lansing, Michigan. Seneca was a spirited and loving soul whose light shone brightly. She attended Cumberland Elementary, Averill Elementary, and Dwight Rich Schools in Lansing where she made lasting friendships. Seneca was a little princess and delighted in the world of Disney, with a special fondness for the Little Mermaid. She could often be found singing her favorite songs, donning her tiara, and playing pretend with her siblings, Jaylin, Elijah and Haliwah. Her love for singing and playing was only matched by her passion for swimming and her enthusiasm for visits to Chuck E. Cheese. A true spitfire, Seneca was always eager to take the lead, her charismatic personality lighting up any room she entered. Seneca was loved greatly and will be missed dearly by all who remember her. Her spirit and unwavering faith will be remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving parents, Joe and Kristina Johnson, her brothers and sister, Jaylin Torrez, Elijah Johnson and Haliwah Johnson; sister-in-law, Breanna Wanhala; grandparents, Linda Ball, Connie Wilson, Joseph and Midday Johnsons; uncles, Brian (Christine) Macon, Steven Ball; great aunts and uncles, Dennis (Monica) Ball, Kenny (Becki Gorden-Kingsbury) Kingsbury; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceding her in death was her brother, Joseph Johnson III.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Chapel Pointe Church in Holt, 1705 N. Cedar St. Holt, MI 48842.
