Shadrick Neil Smith

SHADRICK NEIL "SHAD DADDY" SMITH, 40, of Mouth Card, KY, passed away Monday, March 9, 2026, at his home. Born in Pike County, he was the son of Jackie Dale Smith of Mouth Card, KY, and Eugenia Colleen (Abshire) Adkins of Pikeville, KY. He was a lifelong resident of Pike County and was of the Christian faith. Shadrick enjoyed drag racing, riding four-wheelers, fishing, playing music on the guitar, his dog and was a Truck Driver.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dallas Smith and Alice Kay Smith; Maternal Grandfather: Eugene Abshire; Uncle: Michael Smith.

In addition to his parents, he was survived by Maternal Grandmother: Kathlyn Abshire of Feds Creek, KY; Brother: Nicholas Kyle Adkins of Pikeville, KY; Aunts that were like sisters and were raised together: Loretta Smith of Feds Creek, KY, Susan Gail Smith of Grapevine, KY; Uncles: Kenneth Smith of Feds Creek, KY, Dallas Smith of Feds Creek, KY; Aunts: Carla Abshire of Ohio and Staci Watson of Feds Creek, KY; Good Friends: Cody Harrison and Dwayne "Insane" Bishop; and a host of other friends.

Visitation will be held at the Feds Creek Fire Department Station 1 Thursday at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.

Funeral Services for SHADRICK NEIL SMITH will be conducted Friday, March 13, 2026, at 12:00 Noon at the Feds Creek Fire Department Station 1 with Tony Lowe officiating. Burial will follow in the Boyd Family Cemetery at Feds Creek, KY.

Active Pallbearers will be family and friends.
