Psalm 23, A Psalm of David.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Shamikka Laton White Wells entered this life on February 14, 1980, to Joe Michael White, Sr., and Christine Burks White.

I am praying for Joe, Christine, and the Family. Even though Shamika has gone to her heavenly home, her love and beautiful smile will always be with you. Love all of you, Cousin Dorothy (Shreveport).

My beautiful niece! Words can not express the sorrow in my heart of you not being here.
Shamika was so full of life! Always a beautiful smile she would greet you with. SHE HAD SO MUCH HEART AND PASSION FOR ANYTHING SHE SET HER GOAL TO DO! I REMEMBER WHEN SHE WAS LITTLE HER AND MO ALWAYS WANTED TO SING. WE WOULD HAVE TALENT SHOWS AND SHE WOULD SING WHITNEY HOUSTON'S "GREATEST LOVE OF ALL" SHE LIVED HER LIFE IN THAT WAY. SHE BELIEVED IN HER SELF AND EVERY THING SHE SET OUT TO DO SHE ACCOMPLISHED.
I WAS OLDER AND PLAYED THE PIANO. SHE WAS FASCINATED WITH THE PIANO. I TAUGHT HER ONE SONG AND SHE RAN WITH IT! SHE PLAYED BY EAR. PLAYED FOR THE CHURCH AT A YOUNG AGE! I NEVER EXPRESSED ENOUGH HOW PROUD OF HER I WAS. SHE WAS A WONDERFUL MOTHER, DAUGHTER, SISTER, NIECE, AUNT AND FRIEND! I LOVE YOU ME-HEAD! I MISS YOU!
RIP. LOVE ALWAYS PATRICIA

Shamikka Wells was that niece that always visit or called to check on her Uncle. She was an amazing and awesome God-fearing mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. I will truly miss her because she always spoke positively and had that infectious burst of happiness. She taught herself how the play the piano and played for numerous churches and events.

KJ and Kody, please know that your mother loved her "boys" more than anything and you have your entire family to lean on.

Our condolences,
Uncle Keith, Kira, Kristopher, and Andrew
