Funeral services for Jeffrey L. Brown, 64, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 25, 2025, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. A private family interment will be held at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. until service time.
Mr. Brown was born on March 31, 1961, in Monroe, LA, and passed on July 23, 2025, in Monroe. He was a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School and NLU, now ULM. Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary McDuffie Brown.
Survivors include his sisters, Cheryl B. Garvin (Randall), and Cynthia Stepp (Kerry); four nephews, six great nieces and five great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chennault Aviation Museum, T2T Tunnels to Towers, or your favorite charity.
