Shane Morris was born on February 11, 1990 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Cleveland Jones, Jr., Elisia "Lisa" Morris and Shannon Everett Bradley. Shane graduated from Washington Marion Magnet High School in 2009. Although Shane ran track, played football and baseball, his passion was for basketball. Shane was an active member of the Lake Charles Ward 3 Recreation Adult basketball league. He coached AAU basketball and an active member of "My Life 4 Your Life" mentoring program. He loved to dress, enjoyed dancing and spending time with family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memories: his parents, his maternal grandmother, Marlene Morris; two daughters, Shamyiah Jona' Morris and Arabella Yvonne Morris; one son, Amari J'Sir Dior Morris; three brothers, Shannon Everett Morris, Aaron Price and Camrin Jones; four sisters, Latoya Morris, Sher'Kel Morris, Briani Victor and AijilanJason; Godchildren: Leonard C. Lambert, Jai'Dynn J. Thomas and Siah Morris. Godmothers, Yatoya Tolbert, Monique Young and Beverly Bill along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was proceeded in death by his grandmothers, Patricia Jones and Patricia Bradley; grandfathers; Elisha Lewis and Cleveland Jones, Sr., his brothers, Divonte Leday and Leonard Lambert.
