Shannon L. Crumby II was born on January 13, 1984 in Dallas, Texas, the only son of Shannon Crumby Sr. and Margaret Mitchell. He transitioned from this life on November 10, 2024.
As a youth, Shannon flourished as a football player for the Hamilton Park Bobcats and a Pop Warner team in Dallas. He also enjoyed playing basketball, showcasing his skills at the Spring Valley Athletic Association. He received his education from Lake Highlands High School and later attended ITT Technical for a higher education. He was employed as a contractor for DART.
Shannon was a man of few words but when he spoke it was worth listening to. He was loved and adored by his family.
Shannon was preceded in death by his Paternal grandparents: Jimmy & Frankie Crumby, Maternal grandmother: Alberta Williams and loving mother: Margaret Mitchell. Those left to cherish fond memories include his father, Shannon (Charlene) Crumby; his sister, Ebonie Crumby; his nephew, Christopher Jones; and a host of other relatives and friends.
