Shannon L. Curry

Shannon L. Curry, 38, of Dekalb, Il died on November 8 th , 2025, at her home. Shannon was the daughter of James A. Curry, and Patricia (Judge) Chamberlin. She was born Dec. 23, 1986, in Sheboygan, Wi. She loved her Chicago Cubs, and music, especially the Beatles. She will be remembered by her generous and giving heart, and her love for her family.

She is survived by her children Mia, Albina, and Dino Bekteshi of Decatur, and a daughter Grace Elizabeth. A brother Thomas McCaffery, and sisters Amanda (Chad) Slater of New Lisbon, WI, Ashley (Grant) Gette of Sandwich, Rayanne Curry of Plainfield, Il, and Katie Curry of Yorkville.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a stepmother Kandy Curry, sister Jamee Curry, infant brother and sisters James, Sherri, and Annalyn Curry at birth. Paternal grandparents James and Kathleen Curry, Maternal grandparents Warren and Patricia Judge, and an Aunt Mary Sauter.

A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 4:00 - 5:30 P.M. at Beverage Family Funeral Home, 104 Terry St. Sandwich, IL 60548.
