Shannon Lee Lawrence, 54, of North Mankato, MN, passed away unexpectedly at her home on October 23, 2025. Born on November 29, 1970, in Tyler, MN, she was a devoted wife to Brian and loving mother to Brady. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Northview -North Mankato Mortuary in North Mankato, MN. A prayer service will follow the visitation for family and friends. Inurnment will be held at a later date.

A resident of North Mankato since 1996, Shannon was a parent volunteer supporting the activities Brady was involved with from football to hockey to academics, she wanted the best for him. Her professional career was spent as a financial leader for Minnesota Pork Producers Association and Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council collectively for 18 years before stepping out of corporate life. Since then, she enjoyed traveling with Brian to the Carolinas & Florida enjoying the ocean and sea turtles, allowing her artistic side to shine through her ceramics and her passion to cook.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Brian; Son Brady (Chelsea) Lawrence, her special pups, Emmie Lou and Millie Mae, Mother-in-Law Kayla Lawrence, Sisters-in-Law Jodi (Robert) Tuthill and Wendy (Steve) Borchert as well as extended family and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law Bruce Lawrence.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Karen Beasley SEA TURTLE RESCUE & REHABILITATION CENTER, Surf City, NC.
