Sharen Rumberger Obituary
Sharen is survived by her children Jennifer Lauren Rumberger, Joseph Bruce Rumberger, Dr. Lindsay Karen Rivera, Nancy Allison Pinzino, and Dr. Sarah Elizabeth Schrager. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren. Their hearts are broken, but they know that she has seen the face of Christ and will be at peace forever.
A Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.
A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Crestlawn Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Vero Beach.

It may have been the summer of 2017 or 18. I drove Sharen and my Dad, Fred Meder, Sr. To visit a real Southern Plantation 12875 sq ft of a building with Slave Quarters, Kitchen, Smoke House, etc.. I saw how open minded and gentle of a person Sharen was.

I sent a card to Sharen on June 12th of this year after attempting to get a hold of her by calling and texting. I just received, today, the card returned. Never did it occur to me to check the internet until now. I am so grieved of her passing. She was a friend for many years in Vero Beach, Florida. I met her through our mutual friend, Mr. Meder. She was a loving, pleasant, caring person. We shared many fun memories - and wished we had more to share.
She was so dedicated to others, especially her children and grandchildren whom she loved so deeply.
She will be greatly missed.
