Sharon Dale Eisenback, 80, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023 at Baptist Health Floyd, surrounded by her family. She was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Arthur Jr and Elsie Collins and worked at Pillsbury as a machine operator for many years. Sharon loved the Lord and made sure her children knew Jesus. She loved to listen to Christian music and you could often find her reading her Bible or praying for her loved ones. She had a generous and loving heart, always putting everyone else's needs before her own. She loved animals and had many pets over the years, but her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her favorite "hobby" being to visit them as much as she could. Sharon and her precious and beautiful heart will be greatly missed by her loving family.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 37 years, Joel Eisenback; son, Keith Stumler (Mary); daughters, Dana Sneed (Tony), Amanda Beals (Eric) and Alisha Moore; brothers, Edward "Danny" (Sharon), Ronald (Linda) and Arthur III (Patty) Collins; grandchildren, Kyle, Brandon, Chelsey, Shane, Anthony, Chloe, Elsy, Ariel, Finley and Dylan; great-grandchildren, Ava, Liam and Garrett. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her infant brother, Arthur Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 4th, 2023, 4 – 8pm at the Oak Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1846 E. Oak St.) and Saturday, 11am – 12pm, with funeral service to follow at 12pm. She will be buried at Wolfe Cemetery in Georgetown, Indiana.
