Sharon took care of my dad, Sam Braswell, the first resident of Richardson Cottage (the Alzheimer's unit) at St. Johns. She was always kind to Dad and pleasant to me during my many trips I made from Bozeman to visit him. She and I kept in touch during that time, and she would always communicate with me over the phone about him. She helped me set Dad up to get "Books on Tape" from Helena so he could listen to his Louis Amore westerns on tape. Also to Skype with his Aunt Cat in Baton Rouge, and speak to his childhood friend, David Luper, from Crystal Springs, Mississippi on my cell phone. Dad couldn't remember what he had for breakfast any given day, but he recalled many events from his childhood growing up with David in the deep south. I was on Dad's side of the conversation; it was a highlight in my life. After we hung up Dad said "who is going to pay for that long distance call, Beck?" He didn't understand the cell phone thing! Sharon also gave Dad a lot of her dad's clothing when her own dad passed away. My condolences to all; she will live a huge void in the St. John's community.

Knew Sharon all her life . Enjoyed our many conversations at the Crossings during the 16 years i worked there. She was a special girl never complained over all her illness always up beat and thinking of others. Going to miss our family historian and friend. Rest in piece and prayers for her family and special friends

Oh so sorry for your loss. Sharon and I got the privilege of working together at St. John's when they started the cottages. Oh what a loss for all that knew Sharon!

My thoughts and prayers go out to Sharon's family. I had the pleasure to work with her and get to know her. She was absolutely the best. She is now an angel among us.
