Sharon K. Ford, 64, of North Liberty, IN, passed away peacefully at 6:25 pm, Monday, December 8, 2025 in Wellbrooke of South Bend. Sharon is survived by many family and friends. Visitation will be held from 11:00-1:00 pm Saturday, December 13, 2025 in Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. A private burial will take place in Bremen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions to be made to Paradigm Health and Hospice, 10020 Lima Rd., Suite D., Ft. Wayne, IN 46818
